DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Delivery costs are calculated by weight at the checkout. Orders over $100 will be sent registered delivery. If you wish to register orders under $100 please contact me before placing your order. I cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.
All items on the site are handmade to order. Delivery times will vary depending on the complexity of the piece and the availability of materials. You will be contacted on the day of purchase with the expected delivery time for your item/s.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please contact me before purchasing to arrange additional shipping fees.
Please be aware all orders shipped internationally may be subject to additional charges based on the end country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. To determine exactly what these charges may be, it could be necessary to call your local customs office.
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
I want you to have the best online shopping experience possible so if you do change your mind about your order please contact me within 7 days of purchase to arrange an exchange. Jewellery must be returned in its original, unworn condition and carefully repackaged in the original, protective packaging. I will not exchange items that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. For hygiene reasons I cannot exchange earrings. Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.
ECO FRIENDLY
I use a non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning solution for all of my silver jewellery. No nasty chemicals. If you would like to find out more please contact me.
STONES
Stones used in the pieces are individually unique; they may vary in size, shape and colour. As a result you may see some natural inclusions and dissimilarity.

TEXTILE JEWELLERY AND ACCESSORIES
All the materials I use in my textile collection are locally sourced. All items are sewn and assembled by me, meaning I can adapt any style to suit your taste, even down to the colour of the wooden beads which are hand painted. If a fabric style or a silk colour is not available I will do my best to source something similar. Likewise if you have something of your own; a charm, a bead or some fabric you would like me to make into a design, let me know. I am all for recycling materials!

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS
Like a style but it's not in your size? Or maybe you have a design in mind and can't find it on the site? Contact me and we can discuss having an item custom made.
RING SIZING
Before purchasing a ring please obtain an accurate ring size for the intended finger by either visiting your local jeweller who can measure your finger with a ring gauge or by having one of your existing rings measured. Alternatively you can purchase a ring sizing gauge here. Please be aware that online ring measuring charts and strips do not give an accurate measurement of your finger.
SILVER CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All of my jewellery is made with genuine sterling silver or fine silver and for this reason needs to be well looked after. Please avoid direct contact with any liquids; water and chemicals such as chlorine and sulphur that may cause discolouration and tarnishing. Always remove your jewellery before cleaning, swimming and bathing. Be careful when applying perfume or lotion as these can also cause discolouration and damage to your jewellery. Wipe with a soft cloth after wear. To protect your jewellery from oxidation (tarnishing due to oxygen in the air) store in an airtight container. To clean lightly tarnished jewellery wash in warm water with phosphate free mild soap, rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cotton cloth.
PACKAGING
All silver items are beautifully packaged in a gift box. Larger items are secured in a gift bag at no extra charge.
