ISLAND HOME COLLECTION

I have always wanted to see how my design style would translate into larger, functional items for the home. Working in copper and steel has opened up a whole new world of possibilities and I am so excited see where the journey takes me!

INSPIRATION

I love finding creative ways to interpret natural form.

 

Here in Barbados there is an inexhaustible supply of inspiration all over the island.

​

On land : from the lush forests and gullies of St Joseph and the rugged, wind stricken East Coast to the ocean: down in the crystal clear waters of the West. Beauty in all forms is everywhere.

STEEL, BRASS & COPPER

For strength I use steel as the main component of my work and I like to add brass or copper embellishments to add contrast to my designs.

​

I use off-cuts of metal wherever possible and melt down scrap to achieve a beautiful, organic finish.
